This part of Rittenhouse is beautiful - tree-lined streets, very quiet. Situated right along the Schuylkill River, Fitler Square is a quaint neighborhood full of old-school Philadelphia charm. Fantastic neighborhood with tons or restaurants and bars, and a great park steps away. Most upper level students also live downtown, so it is easier to connect with your peers. Because the great majority of Wharton Students live here, there is unusual to walk more than 4 to 5 blocks to any meeting/party/etc. It is also very convenient to have 2401 (Wharton satellite building) for group meeting, print cases, etc. Easy commute to school.
